to Freedom Beat at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino on Wednesday, June 7th. After launching in March with a soulful stroll through the "Big Easy," followed by an April stop in rustic Colorado and the May tour of his native state of Wisconsin, Chef Commings is excited to bring the eclectic cuisine of the city that never sleeps to Las Vegas. Hosted on the first Wednesday of every month, this intimate dinner series (maximum of 25 guests) is designed to be family-style and interactive with Chef Commings taking control of the wheel for each monthly road trip. In honor of New York, this dinner spotlights the foods and drinks that remind Commings of one of the most assorted cookery's in the U.S.
